1.  Go to Fred Meyer online at either: fredmeyer.com or https://www.fredmeyer.com/account/communityrewards
2.  Click on “My Account.”  
3. Find “Community Rewards”
4. Search for St. Joseph the Worker at 2310 SE 148th Avenue
                It will look like this:
